The Fiat 500 continues to capture the hearts of drivers around the world thanks to the arrival of the new Fiat 500 Hybrid, presented in Turin during a special media drive event from November 21st to November 28th. The Fiat 500 Hybrid represents a new chapter in FIAT’s journey, blending the brand’s rich heritage with cutting-edge technology, while celebrating the timeless beauty and soul of Italian design. 

This special moment marks the model’s connection to the Mirafiori plant in Turin, as the birthplace of the 500 in 1957.  Production of the new 500 Hybrid in left hand drive format started in November at the Carrozzerie Mirafiori plant, targeting 5,000 units by the end of the year. Right hand drive production is expected to begin in the second quarter of 2026 with total plant output eventually increasing by a further 100,000 units, so reinforcing the strategic role of Mirafiori in FIAT’s industrial footprint and celebrating once more the bond between the brand and its hometown of Turin.

Available in two body styles - Hatchback, and Cabrio – with POP, ICON, and LA PRIMA trims. The three new trims complement the “TORINO” launch series, a tribute to the city that has always been home for FIAT, offered exclusively on the Hatchback version.

Fiat 500 Hybrid LA PRIMA: The Ultimate Expression of Elegance and Exclusivity

At the top of the range sits LA PRIMA, the flagship trim that combines the 500 unmistakable charm with the most exclusive features and premium finishes.

Fiat 500 Hybrid TORINO: cool and relevant 

Celebrating the arrival of the Fiat 500 Hybrid range, TORINO serves as a tribute to ‘Made in Turin’ and the renaissance of the Mirafiori plant. Unique ‘TORINO’ badging and dedicated fabric/vinyl seats combine with a specification including 16” alloy wheels, LED headlamps, and rear parking sensors, to offer a unique and stylish launch edition. 

The 500 Hybrid will be in available in Ireland from the latter half of 2026 with pricing to be confirmed closer to launch.
