1. In the event of any conflict, these terms and conditions shall prevail.
2. *Free Charger Offer is subject to standard installation and customer eligibility for €300 SEAI electric vehicle home charger grant1.
3. Total cost for a standard home charge point installation is €300. Additional charges may apply for non-standard installations.
4. The customer will need to pay upfront for the charger installation and if eligible will receive the €300 grant from the SEAI.
5. As per SEAI recommendations an electrical survey may be required prior to install and will incur an additional cost.
6. One charger installation is applicable per claimant and no cash alternative is on offer.
7. This offer is not available in conjunction with any other promotional discount or offer
8. The offer is open to all retail customers who purchase an ALL-new Fiat  electric passenger car and switch their domestic electricity supply to Energia.
9. The vehicle must be sourced and registered through the Fiat Dealer Network in the Republic of Ireland.
10. The offer is redeemable through your local Fiat Dealer on registration of your ALL- new Fiat Car.
11. Fiat Ireland and Energia reserve the right to withdraw the Offer, either generally or in respect of any particular customer, at any time and to vary or amend any element of the Offer at any time without further notice.
